Highway Patrol

— Johnathan Post, 33, Negley, was cited for failure to control, seat belt, driving under suspension and hit-skip at 4:35 p.m. July 17. Post was traveling on Quay Road in Middleton Township when he lost control and overturned. Post left the scene and police have not been able to make contact with him.

— Forrest Huff, 24, Salem, was cited with failure to yield at a stop sign after he entered the intersection of Lisbon Canfield Road and state Route 344 in Salem Township and collided with a vehicle driven by Stephen P. Weimer, 42, Columbiana, at 5:36 p.m. Saturday. Weimer sustained minor injuries.

— Kalin M. Ratkovich, 21, Rogers, was cited with failure to yield at a stop sign after she entered the intersection of Pancake Clarkson Road and state Route 170 in Middleton Township and collided with a vehicle driven by Sydney R. Voorhees, 21, East Liverpool, at 3:42 p.m. Saturday.

— Karen M. Pierce, 74, Lisbon, was cited with right of way on public highway after she pulled from a private drive onto state Route 45 in Center Township and stuck a vehicle driven by Katharine A. Graham, 43, Lisbon, at 1:39 p.m. Friday.

— Lucas Eyster, 18, Negley, was cited with assured clear distance after rear-ending a vehicle driven by Brady K. Mullet, 20, Columbiana, while traveling on state Route 14 in Salem Township at 6 p.m. Wednesday.

Sheriff’s Office

— A deputy was dispatched to a residence on state Route 30 at 7:46 a.m. Friday in reference to a man sleeping in someone’s shed. No one was in the shed when the deputy arrived.

— Deputies located a man walking on state Route 172 at 10:07 p.m. Friday. Deputies attempted to find the man a hotel room for the night so he could sleep and continue walking safely in the morning.

— A deputy was doing business security checks at the Eagle Pass Golf Clubhouse on state Route 172 at 12:47 a.m. and noticed five vehicles parked in the lot and the lights on inside the clubhouse with the door partially open. There was no one inside when the deputy checked.
