Chester Municipal

— Gerald McPherson, Enon Valley, Pa., was sentenced to $200 plus costs on charges of public intoxication and obstruction. He received a suspended jail sentence.

— Mitchell Ezell, of Hillard, was sentenced to $100 plus costs for speeding.

— Charles Smith, of East Liverpool, was sentenced to $50 plus costs on a public intoxication charge.

— Paul Rice, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to $100 plus costs on a charge of failure to obey an officer directing traffic.

— Mallory Newlen, of Wellsville, was sentenced to $125 plus costs on cell phone and seat belt violations.

— Louann Horvat, of Niles, was sentenced to $100 plus costs on a failure to obey traffic control device charge.

— Leann McElroy, Chester, was sentenced to $50 plus costs on a no registration charge.

— The following defendants appeared on speeding charges: Lisa Blasdel, of East Liverpool, $100; Skylier Roberts, of East Liverpool, $100; David Vernon, of Youngstown, $100; Daniel Bridges of Chester, $100; and Brian Mick, of East Liverpool, $100.

— Adam Graham, East Liverpool, was sentenced to $100 plus costs on a failure to obey a traffic control device charge.

— Nicholas Checkler, of Wellsville, was sentenced to $150 plus costs on a construction zone traffic offense.

— Christina Newlin, of Wellsville, was sentenced to $100 plus costs on a cell phone violation.

The following defendants appeared on failure to obey a traffic control device: Ryan Hinsch, of Coraopolis, Pa., $100; Charles Heiney, of Wellsville, $100; and Jennie Dingess, of East Liverpool, $100.

— Jessica Shingler-Wynn, of Chester, was sentenced to $100 plus costs on a no motor vehicle inspection.

— Devontay Bickley, of New Manchester, W.Va., was sentenced to $25 plus costs on a seatbelt violation.

— Cameron Bowen, of Chester, was sentenced to $100 plus costs on a stop sign violation.

— Rebecca Werner, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to $100 plus costs on a stop sign violation.

— Lori Handley, of Wellsville, was sentenced to $100 plus costs on a cell phone violation.

— Stephanie Cox, of East Liverpool, was sentenced to $100 plus costs on a hazardous driving charge.

— Kaleb Locke, of New Cumberland, was sentenced to $50 plus costs on a defective equipment charge.

— The following defendants appeared on traffic violation in a construction zone charges: Louis Gallo, of Chester, $100; and Caren Miller, of New Cumberland,$100.
