East Liverpool

–A Pennsylvania Avenue man returned home at 3:51 p.m. Wednesday to find a ladder and chair moved in his backyard.

–Two Erie Street women reported at 4:37 p.m. Wednesday that the other party verbally assaulted and threatened them. They were advised to stay on their own side of the street and keep to themselves.

–A lost wallet was recovered at 3:27 p.m. Wednesday in a laundromat on the east end.

–A woman reported at 4 p.m. Wednesday on a bench in front of Giant Eagle that an unknown rusty Chevrolet car has been following her from the BP gas station to work. She was advised to change up her route.

–An officer disposed of a syringe discovered in an alley at 3:43 p.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of Vine Street.

–An incident of identity theft was reported at 11:58 a.m. Thursday from South Carolina, and the alleged suspect charged items that were delivered to an Avondale Street address. They were advised to contact their local police agency and her credit card company.

–Kenneth Raulston, no address listed, was cited at 5:39 a.m. Friday for going 63 in a 50 mph zone in the first block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

St. Clair Township

–Officers were dispatched at 2:43 a.m. Wednesday to Walmart for an alleged stabbing. No details were released except a report was filed.

–A possible breaking and entering was reported at 5:51 pm. Tuesday in the 3000 block of St. Clair Avenue.
