— A suspicious vehicle was reported at 3:21 p.m. Thursday at the bike trail parking lot on state Route 558. Deputies spoke to the man, who said he did not know he was not allowed to be there. He said he recently lost his job and his apartment. Deputies attempted to find him a spot in a homeless shelter, but he said he had some money and would try to get a hotel for the evening.
— A Homeworth Road, Knox Township, man reported at 9:26 a.m. Thursday he recently called an advertisement in the Alliance Review regarding a cleaning service and he spoke with the woman, who came to look at his home, but never showed up when she was scheduled to come back and clean. He was concerned it was a scam.
— People were reported trespassing at a Mountz Road, West Township, vacant home at 8:12 p.m. Sunday. Deputies found someone had broke into the vacant garage. Neighbors had video of the people caught on the property. Charges are pending.
— Deputies assisted a KLG ambulance with a medical emergency on Eagleton Road in Salem Township at 10:53 a.m. Thursday.
— Employees at the Sunoco on Westville Lake Road reported a disturbance at 4:51 p.m. Wednesday. Everyone involved had left when deputies arrived.
— A Shady Lane Road, Center Township, woman reported at 8:03 p.m. Wednesday when she returned home a man she knows was in her driveway. She told him she was calling police and he left.
— A couple of vehicles were reported sitting suspiciously in front of a business on Cherry Fork Road, Fairfield Township at 10:39 p.m. Wednesday. Deputies found the business was open and the vehicles were gone when they arrived.
— Shane Linden, 42, was charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest after reportedly threatening his mother at 3:24 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the county jail.
— A Salem-Alliance Road, Butler Township, man reported at 9:14 p.m. Wednesday he received some text messages and phone calls from someone he does not know.
