LISBON — Josie M. McKinley, 28, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to aggravated assault, a fourth-degree felony, and a misdemeanor domestic violence. McKinley is facing up to 18 months in prison and a $6,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Aug. 6. She had harmed her then-boyfriend, Shawn Tremain, with a steak knife on July 3, leading to him being treated at the Salem Regional Medical Center for non-life-threatening stab wounds to his arms. The protection order between them remains in effect.
