LISBON — A March 8 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Michael Troy Boggs, 50, New Garden Avenue, Salem, charged with illegal possession of chemicals after multiple items for manufacturing methamphetamines were found in his home when the county Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on Feb. 26.

Caleb D. Kountz, 24, Nicolas Avenue, Wellsville, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of burglary, aggravated menacing and criminal damaging. On Jan. 31, Kountz allegedly entered the home of Abby Willis, shattering TVs, breaking glass and threatening to kill her cats and “gut them like a rabbit.”

Brian G. McCullough, 55, East Virginia Avenue, Sebring, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired, high test OVI, speeding and a seat belt violation. McCullough reportedly has a prior felony OVI and was allegedly intoxicated during a traffic stop in Knox Township on Jan. 23.

Kierra D. Raynes, 23, East Main Street, East Palestine, was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of endangering children for allegedly allowing her one and a half-year-old daughter outside with only a shirt and a diaper on Jan. 10 while she and the father were sleeping inside. Raynes reportedly has a prior conviction of child endangering in County Municipal Court from a 2018 case.

Kevin Wade Weaver, 48, Kibler Road, New Waterford, was credited with six days served, sentenced to an additional 39 days in jail, fined $1,175 and had his license suspended for three years for OVI second offense, driving under OVI suspension and parking on a highway.

Brad Dunbar, 43, Augusta, Ga., signed a waiver of extradition so he can be returned to Pennsylvania where he has a warrant accusing him of failing to appear for a preliminary hearing in October in Carlisle, Pa.

An April 19 pretrial was set for Donna L. Williard, 65, South 12th Street, Beloit, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.

Matthew Robert Zackasee, 29, Poland, was fined $550, had his license suspended for six months, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for possession of marijuana paraphernalia, marked lanes and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.

David W. Trotter, 55, Longs Church Road, East Liverpool, was fined $425, had his license suspended for a year, required a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for parking on the highway and physical control amended from OVI first offense.

Jonathan T. McDevitt-Betz, 22, Sprouse Road, Wellsville, was fined $1,050, had his license suspended for 180 days, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for driving under suspension, speeding, failure to control, reckless operation amended from OVI first offense and two counts of miscellaneous wildlife violation for damaging property at the Highlandtown Wildlife area headquarters by driving on the lawn.

Destiny N. Earich, Wood Street, Wellsville, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail, sentenced to an additional 14 days in jail and required 40 hours community service for aggravated menacing for telling Dakota Tylen Heaton, she was going to shoot up the house where Heaton and Kelsee Chafins live.

Dakota K. Frank, 25, Monroeville Heights, Salineville, was fined $500 for depositing litter on public property for dumping a large amount of property and trash in January along Hazel Run Road.

A March 8 pretrial was set for Logan D. Wilson, 23, Winona Road, Winona, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching his mother, Kim Moore, in the face on Sunday.

Damian K. Cope, 23, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was fined $250 for disturbing property on state owned land for spinning and throwing mud damaging a grassy area in Scenic Vista Public Hunting Area.

An April 8 pretrial was set for Ryan Pritt, 19, North Shady Lane Drive, East Liverpool, cited with failure to stop after an accident, failure to control and no license.

A March 8 pretrial was set for Rick J. Willis, 30, West Washington Street, Lisbon, cited with hit skip, driving under suspension and left of center.

Michael J. Wertz, 23, Youngstown, was sentenced to three days in jail, fined $250 and had his license suspended for 180 days for driving under OVI suspension.

James M.L. Crites Jr., 23, Sharp Street, Salem, was fined $250 for a miscellaneous wildlife violation for driving circles in the lawn at the Scenic Vista Park on Jan. 3.

A March 8 pretrial was set for Cody A. Lawson, 24, Berlin Center, charged with criminal damaging for allegedly forcing his way into the front door of an East Sixth Street, Salem, home on Nov. 18, before fleeing.

Kreston K. Flores, 23, Columbia Street, Salem, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.
