LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Brandy Ann Skiles, 43, Lake Park Boulevard, Alliance, was sentenced to five days in jail, fined $750, had her license suspended for two years and required 40 hours community service for OVI second offense.

Nickole Marie Hoschar, 28, East Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $300 and credited with 143 days in jail for assault and domestic violence. The domestic violence charge was for attacking and chasing Benjamin Potts with a pair of scissors on Aug. 2. The assault charge was for biting Derek Day, an employee of Damascus Fire Department when they transported her to the Salem Regional Medical Center on June 23.

Mark Fraser Jr., 47, Alpha Street, East Liverpool, pleaded no contest to domestic violence. His bond was set at $15,000 cash or surety and a sentencing hearing was set for March 1. Fraser reportedly struck his son, Jesse S. McVey multiple times in the face on Nov. 15.

Shannon L. Jones, 58, Jones Drive, Salem, was fined $150, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for pushing David Jones to the ground, then punching and scratching his head and face on Dec. 28.

Gary Michael, 25, Moore Street, Lisbon, was fined $250, credited with two days in jail and required 40 hours community service for assault amended from domestic violence. Michael ripped Amanda Kozma’s shirt and restrained her, causing bruising on Dec. 26.

Jo Hanna S. Chase, 27, West Wilson Avenue, Salem, was fined $350 and required 40 hours community service for theft for failing to scan $49 in merchandise at the Salem Walmart on Nov. 13.

Daniel M. Maxon, 38, West Grant Street, Alliance, was fined $300 for driving under suspension.

Ricky L. Maynard, 50, Cameron, W.Va., was fined $200 for driving under suspension and speeding.

Neil P. Barber, 45, Main Street, Leetonia, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $250 for illegal use of drug paraphernalia for a glass pipe with residue found under the driver’s seat, as well as a black digital scale in the vehicle on Feb. 15.

Monica S. Cosma, 44, West Pidgeon Road, Salem, was fined $200 for wrongful entrustment.

Justin A. Cosma, 47, West Pidgeon Road, Salem, was fined $200 for driving under FRA suspension.

A March 2 pretrial was set for Christine DeSellem, 30, West Main Street, Salineville, cited with driving under suspension.

Stephanie N. Murphy, 30, South Beaver Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Ryan D. Moon, 27, New Castle, Pa., was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from driving under suspension.
