COLUMBIANA COUNTY MUNICIPAL

LISBON — In county Municipal Court on Friday, Michael Berry, 38, New Castle, Pa., pleaded not guilty to resisting arrest, obstructing official business, possessing a drug abuse instrument and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. A pretrial was set for Feb. 8 for the charges filed by Columbiana police.

A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Steven McGrew, 34, Pine Lake Road, Beloit, who failed to appear for a hearing related to a driving under 12-point suspension charge. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.

Cody Davis, 21, Monroe Street, Salem, was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim for a charge of domestic violence. Bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety and a pretrial was set for Dec. 21.

Lorraine Rummel, 53, North Cross Street, Columbiana, was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim for a charge of domestic violence. A pretrial was set for Feb. 23.

A Feb. 22 pretrial was set for Ashley Baun, 33, Old state Route 344, Leetonia, for theft. She was ordered to have no contact with Salem Walmart.

A Feb. 9 pretrial was set for Jaismin Morris, 33, Youngstown, for theft. She was ordered to have no contact with Salem Walmart.

A Feb. 16 pretrial was set for Evan Board, 29, Atwater, for furnishing false information, driving under suspension and prohibited U-turn.

A Feb. 18 pretrial was set for Brandon Allen Green, 28, McCoy Avenue, East Liverpool, for left of center, distracted driving and drug abuse.

Keith Harvey, 59, Chester, W.Va., was fined $180 for possessing marijuana, failure to control and no seat belt. His license was suspended for 180 days.
