— Jonathan S. Haines, 45, of Hanoverton, was cited for a right-of-way violation when he went through a stop sign and collided with David K. Schwartz, 71, of Salem, at the intersection of state Route 45 and Salem Grange Road in Salem Township at 1:28 p.m. Wednesday.
— Rohn P. Riley, 66, of Salem, was cited for not obeying a traffic control device when he struck a bridge on Georgetown Road in Knox Township at 5:19 p.m. Tuesday.
–A caller reported there was a young girl walking alone on North Market Street near the Valley View convenience store at 8 p.m. Nov. 19. The 5-year-old girl identified herself and told the officer she was walking home from wrestling practice in downtown Lisbon. The officer took her back to the wrestling practice, where the mother was located. The mother said she was unaware her daughter had walked away.
–Police assisted the highway patrol with a high-speed chase that began outside of town on state Route 154 at 9:55 p.m. Monday. Upon entering town, the vehicle turned south onto state Route 45 near Carter Lumber before turning onto Black Road in Center Township and then onto McCormick Run Road. The vehicle stopped upon coming to state Route 518 and the two people inside the vehicle got out and were taken into custody by the troopers.
