LISBON — A Dec. 3 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set in county Municipal Court for Eric S. Slagle, 28, Berry Road, Kensington, charged with failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, driving under suspension and headlights required for allegedly fleeing from a traffic stop on state Route 154 in Rogers on Monday leading state troopers on a pursuit for 16.5 miles, while passing 17 cars on the roadway and reaching speeds of 99 mph before he pulled over on McCormick Run Road.

Mason Taylor, 20, Oakmont Avenue, East Liverpool, was bound over to the grand jury on an arson charge for allegedly setting a fire while incarcerated at the county jail on Nov. 18.

Charles Louk, 46, Struthers, was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of felonious assault for allegedly punching and kicking Tom Fitzgerald repeatedly on Nov. 15 along with co-defendant Nicholas Martin. Fitzgerald, who had been living with Martin, reportedly blacked out at least once and was transported to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital by EMS due to his injuries.

A Jan. 7 pretrial was set for Jessie Airway, 27, Austintown, cited with OVI third offense and a taillights violation.

Angelina M. Carosella, 45, Beard Road, New Springfield, was fined $1,255, required to attend a three-day counseling program, had her license suspended for a year and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, crossing a divided highway, open container, a seat belt violation and drug paraphernalia.

Rose Marie Maldonado, 34, Continental Drive, Salem, was fined $950, had her license suspended for two years, credited with 45 days of electronically monitored house arrest served, sentenced to an additional 10 days in jail and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI second offense and marked lanes.

Brian A. Batchelor, 52, Adams Road, East Palestine, was fined $1,075, had his license suspended for a year, sentenced to three days in jail and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to control.

Charles W. Hildreth III, 46, Ridge Road, Salem, was fined $925, had his license suspended for a year, ordered to attend a three-day counseling program and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.

A Dec. 1 pretrial was set for Shane J. Linden, 41, Crestview Road, Leetonia, cited with failure to comply, driving under FRA suspension, registration required, prohibited operation on a roadway and criminal trespassing for allegedly fleeing from Leetonia police by driving through a Columbia Street yard on July 18.

A Jan. 12 pretrial was set for Mary Jo Taylor, 44, state Route 644, Kensington, charged with OVI first offense and failure to comply for allegedly failing to stop while approaching the intersection of state Routes 14 and 46 where a patrolman, Richard Burbick, was directing traffic, causing him to have to move out of the way to avoid being struck on Friday.

A Jan. 26 pretrial was set for Richard A. Richards Jr., 44, Sherman Street Lisbon, charged with assault and disorderly conduct for alleged involvement in a large fight at the Tipsy Cow in Leetonia on Oct. 6.

Amy L. Crummit, 46, Broadway, Wellsville, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for domestic violence for trying to breaking up a fight between Shay Blake and Jeffery Lemasters in Wellsville, leading to her harming Blake on July 25.

Morgan M. Simmons, 27, Stewart Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for assault amended from domestic violence for striking Brandon Simmons 10 times in the face on July 30 at the Foundry Bar and assaulting him at home on July 27.

Bryan Bartels, 38, South Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for theft for shoplifting by not scanning items totaling $142 and placing them into bags without paying at the Walmart in Salem on Sept. 7.

Timothy Shawn Hannan Jr., 33, Irondale, was fined $300 for possession of marijuana and failure to reinstate his license.

Jaden S. Koehn, 18, Mountz Road, Minerva, was fined $200, credited with two days in jail and required 40 hours community service for criminal trespassing for entering the bedroom of a Lake Street, Beloit, girl through the window on July 18.

A Jan. 19 pretrial was set for Stephanie Lautzenheiser, 49, state Route 9, Kensington, cited with violation of health department orders regarding connecting to an accessible sewer system.

A Jan. 26 pretrial was set for Richard A. Monigold, 40, Ocelot Road, Salineville, cited with driving under suspension and failure to control.

Roger D. Ingram Sr., 50, Anderson Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct for arguing with his neighbor, then throwing eggs at his neighbor’s house, screaming at police and then threatening neighbors when he was taken into custody on Oct. 5, 2019.

Brandon C. Chandler, 22, Malvern, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Richard P. Smith, 33, Youngstown, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

A Jan. 28 pretrial was set for Karla A. Calvinoaks, 54, state Route 172, East Rochester, cited with driving under FRA suspension.

Kerianne E. Little, 44, Jones Drive, Salem, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for theft for shoplifting by failing to scan $121 in items at the Salem Walmart on Oct. 12.

Katelyn Gindlesperger, 20, South Freedom Street, Alliance, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

Chad Lewis McElroy, 31, Enon Valley, Pa., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

A Jan. 26 pretrial was set for David Michael Liptay, 19, state Route 14, Columbiana, cited with driving under suspension.

Tyler Allen Austin, 27, Monroe Street, Salem, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.
