LISBON — In County Municipal Court, Chris Parker, 56, North Pearl Street, Columbiana, was bound over to the grand jury charged with burglary and two counts of aggravated menacing. Parker is accused of entering Jason Bandy’s Boardman Street, New Waterford, home on July 28, telling Bandy’s neighbor, Cynthia Davis, to tell Bandy he would strangle him and kill him. He also reportedly made more threats to other neighbors outside the house. Additionally, he allegedly sent numerous text messages that he would be hunting Bandy, they would never find him and he would choke the lift out of him.

Dorian T. Lowery, 45, Enon Valley, Pa., was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of violating a protection order for allegedly going to Jill Marshall’s Hawkins Road, New Waterford, home on Sept. 15.

A felony charge of disseminating materials harmful to juveniles against James Browne, 61, East Clark Street, East Palestine, was dismissed after the matter was presented directly to the grand jury.

Daniel J. Smith, 42, Sharon, Pa., was fined $905, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three day intervention program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, stop sign violation, seat belt violation and driving under suspension. A distracted driving citation was dismissed.

A Nov. 10 pretrial was set for Brian P. Fosnaught, 30, Cannelton Road, Darlington, Pa., cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension, failure to control and a seat belt violation.

A Nov. 23 pretrial was set for Matthew Mason, 39, Midland, Pa., cited with OVI breath third offense, OVI third offense and improper passing.

A Nov. 9 pretrial was set for Jared A. Robinson, 24, Canfield, cited with OVI first offense and marked lanes.

Gregory A. Hostetter, 48, Sumner Street, Leetonia, was fined $675, had his license suspended for a year, sentenced to seven days in jail and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense.

Anna L. Thomas, 34, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, was fined $500 and required 60 hours community service for illegal conveyance onto the grounds of a detention facility for bringing Jordan Bess a cell phone, charger and phone card while he was in the county jail on Aug. 16.

A Nov. 10 pretrial was set for Michael Allen Russell, 31, Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, charged with assault for allegedly striking Jeffrey McGraw in the head several times on July 28.

Frederick R. Ring, 45, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $250, credited with a day served in jail and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. Ring had been accused of placing his hands around Jennifer Ring’s throat and pushing her against a wall and later onto the floor on April 9.

A Nov. 9 pretrial was set for Ashley R. Carlariello, 27, New Garden Avenue, Salem, charged with theft and misuse of credit cards for allegedly using Sarah Himes’ Kohl’s credit card to order $170 in merchandise in August.

A Sept. 28 pretrial was set for Nicholas J. Ohanlon, 22, Wyoming Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly sending a text message threatening to kill a woman on Sept. 5 after she had told him not to contact her again.

Jack R. Veon II, 41, state Route 558, Leetonia, was fined $350 for driving under suspension.

A Nov. 19 pretrial was set for Gage B. Mountz, 27, state Route 45, Lisbon, cited with two counts of driving under suspension.

Erick W. Meredith, 34, Forest Road, Lisbon, was fined $150, credited with seven days served in jail and sentenced to an additional eight days in jail for menacing for threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend Alexandria Owsley by shooting her and then himself on Sept. 9.

Angela J. Veglia, 35, Dyke Road, Negley, was credited with seven days in jail, sentenced to an additional three days in jail, fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for aggravated menacing for threatening to pistol whip Lara Rainbolt and burn down her house on July 9.

Douglas P. Risinger, 41, Taylor Avenue, New Waterford, is fined $450, sentenced to six days in jail, had his license suspended for 180 days and ordered 40 hours community service for leaving the scene, driving under suspension and failure to control. A traffic control device violation was dismissed.

Thomas P. McIntee IV, 26, Struthers, was fined $150 for a plate light violation amended from speeding.

Jacob Allen Strader, 21, Cleveland Street, Salem, was fined $125 for driving under suspension and speeding.

Matthew S. Huff, 49, Howard Street, Hanoverton, was fined $125 for improper lights and failure to control.

Christian David Amato-Kapp, 28, Lincoln Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from failure to yield. An expired registration citation was dismissed.

Brian D. McCune, 38, Dale Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Jeremy L Athey, 44, Stanton Avenue, Columbiana, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct for fighting on Aug. 26.
