In the courts:

LISBON – In county Municipal Court, Jamie Pastore, 32, Union Street, Washingtonville, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and was fined $700 for driving under suspension, unauthorized plates, unsafe vehicle, escape and possession of a drug abuse instrument. Pastore was an inmate at the county jail when he escaped from the Salem Hospital when he was detoxing. He was brought back to the hospital but escaped a second time and didn’t return.

An Aug. 20 pretrial was set for Stacie L. Saracco, 30, Crews Road, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense, a marked lanes violation and endangering children. Saracco admitted to swallowing one Xanax and snorting another without a prescription and drove with two children in the car.

Adam J. Priest, 34, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $450 for furnishing false information, operating a vehicle without a valid license and failure to control.

David D. Price, 49, Chester, West Virginia, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $675 and had his license suspended for one year for OVI first offense, a taillight violation and drug paraphernalia.

An Aug. 20 pretrial and preliminary hearing were set for Crystal R. Hoskinson, 29, Summit Street, Salem, charged with tampering with evidence, having weapons under disability and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

An Aug. 20 pretrial and preliminary hearing were set for Todd R. Ritchie, 42, East Third Street, Salem, charged with driving under suspension, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and having weapons under disability.

Thomas M. Lynch, 38, Alpha Street, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 150 days in jail, fined $1,375, had his license suspended for 18 months and ordered 40 hours of community service for OVI first offense and OVI breath .08 gram first offense.

Jaquon M. Rozier, 23, South Dunlap Avenue, Youngstown, was sentenced to 50 days in jail and fined $700 for two counts of drug paraphernalia, furnishing false information, driving under suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.

A Sept. 24 pretrial was set for Taylor N. Thrasher, 21, Sixth Street, Wellsville, charged with assault. Thrasher and her friend allegedly assaulted two other girls and damaged two vehicles.

Cathy Jo Pappas, 45, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $150 for drug paraphernalia.

An Aug. 20 pretrial was set for Shane M. Meade, 41, Ridge Street, Leetonia, charged with aggravated menacing and criminal trespassing. Meade threatened to burn down OSI 1535 Club in Leetonia because he was denied membership to the club.

An Aug. 20 pretrial was set for Dylan C. Keyser, 22, South Arch Avenue, Alliance, charged with drug paraphernalia.
