LISBON – An Aug. 27 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Michael J. Schneider, 24, Youngstown, charged with burglary for allegedly entering the Continental Drive apartment of Devin Cuthbertson at 1:20 a.m. Tuesday.

An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Raistlin M. Ross, 18, Akron, charged with carrying a concealed weapon for allegedly having a large knife tucked between his shorts and his body in Waterworth Memorial Park on Monday.

Shane Michael Mead, Ridge Street, Leetonia, was credited with 11 days in jail, sentenced to an additional 34 days, fined $1,240, had his license suspended for three years and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, parking on the highway, aggravated menacing, criminal trespassing, drug abuse instrument and disorderly conduct. Mead had entered the Etched in Stone bar, where he has been told not to be, and harassing the employees on Aug. 10.

Brian A. Groves, 44, First Street, Hanoverton, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $925, had his license suspended for three years and required 40 hours community service for OVI second offense and headlights required.

An Oct. 6 pretrial was set for Gary R. Gray, 30, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, cited with OVI second offense, OVI refusal second offense and driving under suspension.

An Oct. 8 pretrial was set for Michael W. Dailey, 36, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, traffic control devices and left of center.

Emily Estelle Elizabeth Andrews, 23, Louisville, was fined $725, had her license suspended for a year, required 30 hours community service and ordered to attend a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense and failure to control.

An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Shari L. Ohler, 51, U.S. Route 30, Minerva, charged with domestic violence and criminal damaging for allegedly breaking out the driver’s side rear window of Gary Ohler’s vehicle after striking him with a pipe on Monday.

Chad A. Cerrone, 32, Washington Street, Leetonia, was fined $250 and required 50 hours community service for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for driving a 2001 Buick without the consent of the owner, Ruth Cerrone, on Feb. 6.

Amanda Jo Anderson, 25, Oak Grove Road, Wellsville, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

An Oct. 8 pretrial was set for Mark R. Menough, 59, Lisbon Road, Salem, cited with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a cut straw and stamps for the storage of dangerous drugs.

Christina R. Holley, 39, Spaite Drive, East Palestine, was fined $300 and credited with a day in jail for possession of a counterfeit controlled substance for having a white crystal-type substance she had believed to be methamphetamines when she purchased it, but it was not.

Noah C.J. McBride, 24, South Elm Street, Columbiana, was credited with a day in jail, sentenced to an additional four days in jail, fined $150 and required 50 hours community service for criminal mischief for allegedly tampering with someone’s vehicle in Columbiana on July 5.

Christopher J. Halfhill, 24, Cedar Ridge Drive, Salem, was sentenced to three days in jail and fined $150 for disorderly conduct for stumbling through yards intoxicated on Monday night after Salem police had already warned him to stay home twice earlier in the evening.

An Oct. 20 pretrial was set for Charity M. Todd, Salem-Unity Road, Salem, cited with criminal damaging for allegedly throwing Kristen Schafer’s Chromebook to the ground, damaging it on July 3.

An Oct. 8 pretrial was set for Sam C. Lippillo, 37, state Route 558, Leetonia, cited with four counts of miscellaneous wildlife violation. When a search warrant was conducted at his home on May 30, Lippillo was found in possession of a “No Hunting Zone” sign, the parts of at least six deer harvested and not tagged, multiple untagged deer heads and antlers and multiple untagged wild turkey parts and taxidermized items.

An Oct. 15 pretrial was set for Collin Gilbert, 24, Kayann Lane, New Waterford, cited with driving under OVI suspension and reckless operation.

An Oct. 8 pretrial was set for Mark A. Razo, 37, Akron-Canfield Road, Canfield, cited with drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and use of an unauthorized plate. Razo allegedly had a pipe for drugs in his pocket.

A Sept. 29 pretrial was set for Cory M. Haueter, 34, last known address, East Main Street, Washingtonville, cited with drug paraphernalia for alleged having a small zip loc baggie containing a crystal-like substance on Aug. 17.

An Oct. 6 pretrial was set for Reagan M. Duck, Depot Road, Salem, charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument for allegedly having a syringe on the floor next to her purse in a vehicle she was riding in.

An Oct. 15 pretrial was set for Homer C. Carnes Jr., state Route 154, Lisbon, cited with driving under FRA suspension and use of an unauthorized plate.

Jessica L. Lasater, 32, Cunningham Road, Salem, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.

A driving under suspension citation was dismissed against Heidi Lynn Berry, 33, West Road, Salem.

Joseph M. Perkins, 19, Morris Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for speeding.

Gary Eugene Poulakis, 73, Port Charlotte, Fla., was fined $75 for speeding.

Logan James Foley, 19, Lisbon-Dungannon Road, Lisbon, was fined $25 for unsafe vehicle. A speeding citation was dismissed.
