LISBON – In county Municipal Court, a Sept. 22 pretrial was set for Justin A. Zimmerly, 33, East Main Street, East Palestine, charged with theft after allegedly stealing over $200 worth of merchandise from Walmart on Aug. 3.
An Aug. 17 pretrial was set for Jillian J. Coppock, 22, West Liberty Street, Hubbard, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Amy C. Watkins, 52, West Sixth Street, Salem, charged with theft. Watkins allegedly stole a bottle of alcohol from Sparkle and ran back inside to put the bottle back on a shelf when she saw police.
Michael R. Brown, 28, Depot Road, Lisbon, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $250 and ordered 40 hours of community service, charged with theft. Brown stole money from a bar on March 4 when workers were looking away.
A Sept. 22 pretrial was set for Kyle E. Melott, 25, state Route 164, Leetonia, charged with receiving stolen property. Melott allegedly stole a stereo system and pawned it.
Tara R. White, 24, Poland Avenue, Struthers, was fined $150 and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.
An Aug. 20 pretrial and preliminary hearing were set for Mark A. Walton, 54, Crawford Road, Wellsville, charged with assault, resisting arrest and domestic violence.
An Aug. 17 pretrial was set for Steven T. Lightner, 20, Regent Avenue, Canton, charged with domestic violence.
An Aug. 17 pretrial was set for Jessica P. Clark, 29, Chappel Creek Court, Vermilion, charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
An Aug. 17 pretrial was set for Brent T. Durk, 26, Aetna Street, Salem, charged with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing was also set for Durk, charged with tampering with evidence.
Eddie Solivan,38, Cedar Ridge Drive, Salem, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.
David E. Starcher, 59, Summit Street, Salem, was fined $100 for using liquid fly bait to kill raccoons.
