LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Michael D. Dimko III, 56, West State Street, Salem, was sentenced to 240 days in jail, fined $1,325, had his license suspended for one year and ordered 40 hours of community service for OVI first offense, driving under suspension, failure to control and criminal damaging. Dimko III broke the TV screen and stereo of Robin Mohr.
A Sept. 22 pretrial was set for James A. Stanley, 36, Windsor Road, Alliance, charged with leaving the scene, reckless operation and improper turning.
Derek R. Kellison, 25, Parkway Drive, Deerfield, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $250 and ordered 30 hours of community service for theft. Kellison concealed $5 in merchandise and left the store without rendering payment.
Tara M. Shepard, 35, Jennings Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for marijuana paraphernalia and no operating license.
A Sept. 15 pretrial was set for David M. Butcher, 47, West State Street, Salem, charged with use of unauthorized plates and traffic control devices.
A Sept. 24 pretrial was set for Jeffrey Anders, 49, Clifton Drive, Youngstown, charged with possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.
An Aug. 11 disposition hearing was set for Linda M. McKinnon, 27 , Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
