LISBON — An Operation Big Oak defendant, Brandy Cottrill, 29, stipulated in Common Pleas Court to violating the terms of her intervention treatment plan, which was dishonorably terminated. Cottrill was sentenced to a year in prison for the 25 fifth-degree felony drug possession charges she had been facing.
Dion D. McMillon, 26, Chester, W.Va., pleaded guilty to possession of a fentanyl-related compound for drugs he had on May 28, 2019 and was immediately sentenced to six months in prison concurrent with another prison sentence he is currently serving in a 2016 case.
Paul Beaver, 30, Orchard Street, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating his community control for a previous charge of possession of cocaine for drugs he had on Feb. 26, 2019. Beaver was sentenced to 10 days in jail and will remain on community control.
