Beverly Jane Jackson
HARTSVILLE, S.C. — Mrs. Beverly Jane Jackson, 81, of Hartsville, passed away Monday morning, May 25, 2020, in Hartsville, S.C.
A native of East Liverpool, Ohio, Beverly was a daughter of the late Howard William & Frances Furnival Kent. She married the love of her life, the late Joseph Jackson, Aug. 11, 1956. Beverly had a servant’s heart and devoted her life to education, teaching second grade at Southern Local Elementary. She was a devoted Christian who dearly loved her family and life. She was a great listener and always made people feel they were important by helping in any way possible. A lover of education, Beverly could often be found at the local library, and she remained very active right until the very end with walks and bike rides.
She is survived by her daughters: Teri “TJ” (Fritz) Anzivino of Vienna, Ohio, Trudy (Jeff) Young of Beaver, Pa., and Tanya (John O’Neal) BonAnno of Hartsville; grandsons, Gaelen Lowers of Italy and Tyler Fox of Beaver, Pa.; great-grandchildren, Caeden Porter and Mackenzie Fox, step-grandchildren, Kaylee and Kody O’Neal and her three sisters, Brenda (Larry) Olmstead, Marlene Saracco and Arlene Mackall.
A memorial for Beverly is set for July 18 at Destiny House in Calcutta, Ohio.
Doors will open at 10 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Destiny House in Calcutta, Ohio.
