LISBON — In county Municipal Court, a June 11 preliminary hearing was set for Undray E. Benefield, Depot Road, Lisbon, on felony charges of having weapons while under a disability and vandalism, as well as misdemeanor charges of having weapons while intoxicated, endangering children, domestic violence and three counts of aggravated menacing. Benefield allegedly was threatening others, including his live-in girlfriend and a small child, by pointing guns at them, while he had multiple felony convictions. Two pistols and parts of a third gun were recovered from his home on Tuesday. After he was taken into custody, Benefield allegedly kicked the window and door panel in the cruiser.
A June 11 preliminary hearing was set for Cody Raymond Jackson, 18, Wood Alley, Washingtonville, charged with drug abuse for allegedly having a bag of mushrooms found during a traffic stop on May 16.
A June 11 preliminary hearing was set for Durell J. Beauford, 32, Rochester, Pa., charged with having weapons while under a disability and receiving stolen property. On Tuesday, Beauford was allegedly had a stolen loaded firearm in his right hand when he was found slumped down in a vehicle at the Rogers Food and Fuel.
A June 11 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for Leonard G. Young Jr., 34, Pittsburgh, Pa., charged with improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and cited with possession of marijuana, speeding and a seat belt violation. The firearms charge is for a Kel-Tec semi-automatic handgun on April 28, 2018.
Aaron C. Walter, 26, Westville Lake Road, Beloit, was bound over to the grand jury on a domestic violence charge for allegedly slapping and spitting on the mother of his unborn child on May 12.
A June 29 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for Sarah J. Tunnat, 25, Woodsdale Road, Salem, charged with grand theft and cited with possession of a drug abuse instrument, obstructing official business and receiving stolen property. Tunnat was allegedly the passenger in a stolen Chevrolet Cavalier on March 17, had a needle for injecting methamphetamines and fled from police on foot. She also was allegedly involved in a vehicle being stolen from Wellsville and found wrecked near Highlandtown Lake.
Mark Allen Hill, 48, Mountz Road, Homeworth, was sentenced to 60 days in jail, fined $875, had his license suspended for three years and required 40 hours community service for OVI second offense.
A July 6 pretrial was set for Stephen T. Westover, 29, Clarkson Road, Rogers, cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension and failure to control.
A July 16 pretrial was set for Gregory L. Harper, 50, East Fourth Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and lighted lights required.
Patrick James Grimm, 43, Homeworth Road, Alliance, was fined $805, had his license suspended for a year, required 30 hours community service and sentenced to five days in jail for OVI first offense, failure to control and a seatbelt violation.
A July 13 pretrial was set for Justin A. Zimmerly, 33, East Main Street, East Palestine, cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly banging on items outside his home, even after he had been warned to quiet down after 1 a.m. on May 13.
A July 20 pretrial was set for Jamie Miller, 44, Pancake-Clarkson Road, Rogers, cited with cruelty to animals for allegedly depriving a horse of necessary substance between Dec. 1, 2019 and Jan. 21, 2020.
A June 15 pretrial was set for Mark Fraser Jr., 46, Alpha Street, East Liverpool, charged with receiving stolen property for his alleged involvement in taking vehicles.
A June 11 pretrial was set for Tricia A. Watson, 36, Olive Street, Salem, cited with obstructing official business and criminal trespassing for allegedly returning to Randy Stith’s property on Depot Road and then fleeing the area after Perry Township police were called.
Michael Allen Cappelli, 21, Kelly Park Road, Columbiana, was sentenced to three days in jail, fined $400 and required 40 hours community service for domestic violence and resisting arrest. On May 8, Cappelli hit Amber Musmanno several times with a charging cord, threw both a heater and a dumbbell weight at her, knocked her off a chair, dumped a gallon of water on her and threw a can of chewing tobacco at her.

Daniel D. McNicol, 25, Lisbon Road, Lisbon, was fined $200 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Chelsea R. Davis, 21, Columbiana-Waterford Road, Columbiana, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
A July 16 pretrial was set for Cody Reckner, 25, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, cited with driving under suspension and failure to control.
