LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Eli D. Mabry, 28, Woodland Avenue, Alliance, was sentenced to 13 days in jail, fined $1,550, had his license suspended for three years and required 60 hours community service for OVI second offense, driving under suspension, failure to control and failure to stop after an accident.

Paul Edward Marrs, 55, Westville Lake Road, Beloit, was sentenced to 20 days in jail, fined $1,055, had his license suspended for three years and required 30 hours community service for OVI second offense, driving under suspension, failure to control and a seat belt violation.

Glenn L. Grubb Jr., 57, Washington Street, Columbiana, was sentenced to 20 days in jail, fined $775, had his license suspended for two years and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and possession of marijuana.

Patrick Mark Grant, 68, North Elm Street, Columbiana, was fined $725, had his license suspended for one year, required to attend a three-day driver intervention class and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.

Kevin W. Weaver, 48, Kibler Road, New Waterford, was sentenced to three days in jail, fined $705, had his license suspended for a year and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and a seat belt violation.

A June 11 pretrial was set for Donald J. Hall, 34, West Perry Street, Salem, charged with assault, disorderly conduct and telecommunications harassment for allegedly calling a Salem police dispatcher multiple times using 911, when he has previously been warned about misusing 911. On Monday, police allegedly found Hall staggering down the middle of the street after he attacked Kaine Copeland, who had marks around his neck.

Michael D. Smith, 26, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $1,025, had his license suspended for two years, required to attend a three-day intervention driving class, sentenced to 12 days electronically monitored house arrest and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, driving under suspension, marked lanes and disorderly conduct for using abusive language when police were attempting to speak with him while he was intoxicated on Dec. 8.

Elizabeth Ann Bradley, 32, South Market Street, East Palestine, was fined $805, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, marked lanes and disorderly conduct amended from possession of marijuana.

A July 28 pretrial was set for Marci Marie Mancuso-Kirkpatrick, 35, Waddell Street, Leetonia, charged with OVI second offense, driving under suspension and speeding.

An Aug. 3 pretrial was set for Anthony James Vaughn, 21, state Route 164, Salineville, cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and lighted lights required.

A June 11 pretrial was set for Kaine Logan Copeland, 29, West Perry Street, Salem, charged with assault and disorderly conduct for allegedly being intoxicated and claiming he had put Donald Hall in a choke hold to keep him from hurting himself with a knife, as well as harming a neighbor on the porch on Monday.

An Aug. 3 pretrial was set for Ryan M. Hoschar, 23, Boston Street, Washingtonville, charged with theft, criminal mischief and criminal trespassing for allegedly stealing a truck load of firewood from the property of Gerald R. Smith, Butcher Road, Salem, and then getting the 1996 Ford truck he used to take the wood stuck in the mud in a wheat field where he did not have permission to be on April 19.

A July 28 pretrial was set for Matthew S. Hardenbrook, 56, Columbia Street, Leetonia, cited with driving under suspension and hit skip.

A June 18 disposition hearing was set for Timothy A. Lodge, 31, West Pershing Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension and a taillights violation.

Derek Jason Barnhart, 45, Hull Road, Salineville, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.

An Aug. 27 pretrial was set for Robert P. Gomola Jr., 50, Riverview Street, East Liverpool, cited with driving under suspension.

A driving under suspension citation against Donald Leroy Smith III, 30, West Main Street, Salineville, was dismissed.

Joshua P. Robb, 31, Seigler Road, Lisbon, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.

A June 30 disposition hearing was set for Taylor Scott Snyder, 29, North Market Street, East Palestine, who pleaded no contest to permitting a dog to run at large after his dog attacked and injured another dog which was in its own yard on May 17.

Paul K. Joy, 50, East Fifth Street, Salem, was fined $85 for speeding and no motorcycle endorsement.

Rosario Calma Cole, 35, Continental Drive, Salem, was fined $50 for failing to stop for a stopped school bus.

Tam Thanh Hua, 35, Coraopolis, Pa., was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

Thomas E. Fortuna, 49, Hartford, was fined $200 for failure to reinstate a license and failure to yield.

Sheri J. Fambro, 50, Youngstown, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
