EAST LIVERPOOL — In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Lucas H. Davis, Fisher Avenue, was fined $875 plus after being convicted of OVI and assured clear distance. He also was ordered to serve 47 of his 60-day jail sentence on the job plus his previous suspended sentence was imposed for a probation violation.
Mallory D. Stowers, West Sixth Street and Cheyenne A. Gilmer, Wilbert Avenue, were each fined $250 and given 30-day suspended jail sentences and 40 hours community service for theft.
Brittany L. Neely, McCoy Avenue, was fined $150 and given 30 days in jail (suspended) on a criminal trespass charge. She also is required to do 30 days of community service.
The domestic violence case against Quinsean Jones, North Lincoln Way in Lisbon, was dismissed without prejudice.
A pretrial was set Sept. 3 for Pamela J. Tate, Cadmus Street on expired operator’s license, no turn signal and possession of drug abuse instruments charges.
Nicole R. Smith, Lincoln Avenue, is scheduled for a jury trial on a violating protection order charge Sept. 9. A show cause hearing Sept. 3 will proceed that trial.
