Columbiana County Grand Jury
LISBON — Timothy J. Johnson, 39, Roller Coaster Road, Lisbon, is charged with two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, using weapons while intoxicated, possession of drug abuse instruments, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson allegedly had a 9-millimeter semiautomatic handgun and a Ruger LCP .380 hand gun on June 28, when he was under the influence of alcohol and had a syringe, glass pipe and a digital scale in his possession. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in February.
Aaron D. Sugar, 22, East Garfield Road, Petersburg, was served a February secret indictment charging him with two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, along with forfeiture specifications for possession of money in a drug case and possession of a scale in a drug case. On May 25, Sugar allegedly had psilocyn, morphine and paraphernalia, along with $1,1300 in drug-related proceeds.
Cody A. Barham, 26, Rose Avenue, Salem, was served two secret indictments, each charging him with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree. The indictment issued by the grand jury in November accuses Barham of having methamphetamines on July 19, while in the indictment from January, Barham is accused of having methamphetamines on Oct. 12.
Jeffrey R. Orey, 64, Smyth Street, Alliance, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, for allegedly having the bulk amount of methamphetamines on Aug. 4. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in February.
Murdo Duncan Urquhart, 42, Youngstown, is charged with three counts of non support of dependents for allegedly failing to pay ordered support between March 1, 2014 and Feb. 7, 2020 for three children currently age 23, 18 and 16.
