— A Price Street woman reported at 2:20 p.m. Dec. 3 that she wanted it on file that her driver’s license had been lost at Walmart.
— A resident in the 800 block of Campground in Wellsville reported at 4:40 p.m. Dec. 3 that his doorbell surveillance system showed an unknown male taking a package off her porch before getting into a gray full-sized Dodge Ram.
St. Clair Township
— A caller reported shortly after 1 a.m. Dec. 5 that someone struck her passenger side mirror and the incident was caught on camera at Sheetz.
— A Hilltop Drive, Center Township, man reported at 8:24 a.m. Thursday he received a letter from PayPal about a month ago about the account it said he had just opened with them. He had not opened an account, but did not take any action. Now he has received a statement stating his balance is $760. He contacted PayPal and they have canceled his account. He also checked his credit scores and found nothing else out of the ordinary.
— A dispute between roommates at a Butcher Road, Salem Township, address was reported at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday. Deputies explained to the homeowner how the eviction process works and one of the roommates decided to leave for the evening to allow things to settle down.
— At 9:15 p.m. Wednesday deputies checked on a person at an Osbourne Road, Madison Township, home. The man was transported to the Salem Regional Medical Center by Lifeteam EMS per his request.
— Bree A. Goist, 28, of Struthers, was cited for assured clear distance when she struck the rear of Jason J. Chlebowski, 45, of Aliquippa, Pa., who was stopped at a red light on state Route 14 in Unity Township at 5:43 p.m. Wednesday.
— Bruce Rodkey Jr., 43, of Alliance, was cited for assured clear distance and driving under suspension when he improperly started and struck the rear of Amanda F. Manns, 37, of Canfield, who was stopped in front of Rodkey at a red light on Saltwell Road in Center Township at 2:05 p.m. Tuesday.
