IN THE COURTS:
LISBON — Darrell E. Blake Jr., also known as Cleveland, 33, Cleveland, was served a secret indictment charging him with possession of cocaine, a third-degree felony; possession of heroin, a second degree felony; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a second degree felony; having weapons while under a disability, a third-degree felony; and a misdemeanor count of illegal possession of drug paraphernalia. Additionally, the drug-related charges include a specification for forfeiture of money and forfeiture of a gun.
On May 22, Blake was allegedly found with more than 10 grams, but less than 20 grams of cocaine; more than 10 grams but less than 50 grams of heroin; more than 10 grams, but less than 20 grams of fentanyl-related compound; a Glock 22-pistol; $4,186 believed derived from drug-related offenses and drug paraphernalia. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in October.
Glenn Edward Earich Jr., 66, Benton Road, Salem, was served a secret indictment charging him with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, for allegedly causing serious harm to Health J. Thibedeau on June 30. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in October.
