LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Erin O. Hiles, 50, Gromley Road, Salem, was credited with four days served in jail, sentenced to 26 days in jail, fined $1,375, required 30 hours community service and had her license suspended for four years for OVI second offense, failure to comply, obstructing official business and driving under suspension.
Russell Dwayne Lightner, 40, Foundry Hill Road, Salineville, was sentenced to 60 days in jail, fined $925, had his license suspended for three years and required 40 hours community service for OVI second offense and unsafe vehicle.
A Jan. 9 pretrial was set for Thomas M. Burkett, 58, North Sumner Street, East Palestine, cited with OVI first offense, possession of marijuana and a railroad crossing violation.
Dontay D. Johnson, 25, Greentree Place, Lisbon, was credited with two days served in jail, sentenced to an additional three days in jail and fined $300 for disorderly conduct for fighting with Brandy Brothers on July 9, 2018 and obstructing official business for denying repeatedly that he had or took a cell phone on Oct. 7, 2018, which he soon returned to the owner.
Daniel Brown, 80, state Route 517, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to five of the 19 counts of village building code violations against him. He was fined $375 and ordered to have the properties repaired within three months to the satisfaction of the Lisbon zoning officer.
Katie L. Wadlow, 33, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $150, credited with five days served in jail and required 40 hours community service for drug paraphernalia for a bag used to store dangerous drugs on July 21.
