Columbiana County Grand Jury
LISBON — Ashlinn N. Sykes, 32, Youngstown, was served a secret indictment charging her with possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence and two counts of possession of drugs. Sykes allegedly had cocaine, alprazolam, tramadol and marijuana on May 26, 2018. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in September.
Jay T. Troyer, 26, McCracken Road, Salem, was served a secret indictment charging him with possession of cocaine for allegedly having the substance on May 28, 2019. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in October.
