Salem man faces drug possession charges

LISBON — Benjamin M. Hall, 30, Cleveland Street, Salem, was served a secret indictment for charges of possession of a controlled substance analog, possession of a controlled substance analog and possession of a fentanyl-related compound. On June 23, Hall allegedly had carfentanil, acetyl fentanyl and a fentanyl-related compound.

The indictment of Hall was among those issued by the grand jury in November, as well as the following three indictments:

Daniel W. Haschak, 22, Pearl Street, Leetonia, was served a secret indictment charging him with aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, for allegedly having methamphetamine on June 9.

Joshua Stewart, 31, Lake Milton, was served a secret indictment charging him with aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, for allegedly having methamphetamines on Feb. 7.

Melissa J. Burton, 46, Ridgefield, Alliance, was served a secret indictment charging her with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly having less than the bulk amount of methamphetamines on July 27.
