East Liverpool woman pleads guilty to drug possession counts

LISBON — Shannon R. Herron, 43, Avondale Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to four counts of possession of drugs. Sentencing is set for Oct. 18, wen she faces up to four years in prison, a five-year license suspension and $10,000 in fines. On May 21, 2018, Herron had heroin, a compound substance containing fentanyl, tramadol and cocaine.

An Operation Big Oak indictment against Brandee Howell, 43, Clover Street, Wellsville, has been dismissed. Howell had been charged with four counts of aggravated possession of drugs.

Another Operation Big Oak defendant, Jason Powell, 43, New Cumberland, W.Va., stipulated to violating the terms of his intervention treatment plan and was placed on community control. Powell had previously pleaded guilty to 21 counts of aggravated possession of drugs and three counts of possession of cocaine.

Jason M. Holloway, 38, Columbiana County Jail, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control and was sentenced to 60 days in jail for harassment with a bodily substance. Holloway had spat on Deputy Rich Kimble on March 25, 2017.
