Columbiana County Grand Jury

LISBON — Justin Matthew King, 33, South Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was served a secret indictment charged with three counts of illegal use of a minor in a nudity-oriented material or performance, a second-degree felony, and eight counts of pandering in obscenity involving a minor, a fourth-degree felony. On Jan. 3, Jan. 15, Jan. 23, 2018, King allegedly created, produced or transferred material showing a child in the state of nudity. Then on Feb. 19, 2019 he allegedly bought, procured or possessed obscene materials with a minor as a participant. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in August.

Michael Allan White, 55, East Main Street, Salineville, was served a secret indictment for a charge of failure to register. Believed convicted of indecent liberties with a minor child in North Carolina in May of 2001, White is required to register as a sexual offender, but allegedly failed to do so on Aug. 21. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in September.

Shawn P. Warren, 44, Grant Street, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment charged with possession of drugs and tampering with evidence. Warren is alleged to have less than five grams of cocaine and attempted to hide or conceal the evidence on Jan. 29, 2018. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in November 2018.
