Wellsville

— Brenston Thompkins was charged with criminal trespass on Sunday. Thompkins is on the CMHA no trespassing list and he was found on the second lot of Independence Square.

— A Broadway resident called police to report three items were stolen from her yard on Aug. 1, a green push mower, suitcase and Minnie Mouse oven.

St. Clair Township

— Officers investigated an alleged break-in at 8:10 a.m. Friday in the 47000 block of Moore Road.

— An unnamed driver was cited at 2:01 p.m. Friday in the 49000 block of Foulks Drive for operating a vehicle without a license.

— Cody Wilt, whose address was not listed, was arrested at 4:56 p.m. Friday in the first block of Y&O Road on charges of driving without a license and a loud exhaust and his passenger David Moore with possession of marijuana. Suspected methamphetamine pulled out of Wilt’s wallet was sent to the crime lab and additional charges may be pending.

— A resident of 49000 Ruby Drive called officers to document a complaint at 5:16 p.m. Friday regarding a United Parcel Service driver allegedly spitting chewing tobacco out on the complaintant’s porch while retrieving a package to be returned.

— An unnamed driver was cited at 10:26 p.m. Sunday in the 16000 block of state Route 170 for driving under suspension.

— No charges were filed after a domestic dispute at a residence in the 46000 block of Wyoming Avenue. According to police, officers responded to East Liverpool City Hospital where a male victim signed a domestic refusal after getting an altercation with a male family member at 8:25 p.m. Monday.

— Police investigated a stolen credit card complaint at 8:22 p.m. Monday in Calcutta Dollar General.

East Liverpool

— A West Ninth Street woman filed a report at 9:10 a.m. Aug. 7 about her windshield being allegedly vandalized.

— Officers received a juvenile complaint at 1:32 pm. Aug. 7 concerning a child on Etruria Street.

— Police checked on an apparently abandoned vehicle at 10:02 a.m. Aug. 8 in the first block of McKee Street.

— Officers conducted a welfare check on a subject at 1:07 p.m. Tuesday outside the East Liverpool Alumni Center. She seemed fine.

— Yoda Yassin, whose address was not listed, was cited for the red light violation at 8:44 a.m. Wednesday in the first block of Webber Way.
