— A female caller reported at 10:42 a.m. Wednesday a dispute between her and the owner of Three Brothers Auto Sales. She produced a sales receipt, showing that she put $3,000 on her car but the owner refused to give it to her. The owner, who said the paperwork was erroneous, said she only put $500 on the vehicle. She also was unhappy that she was having issues with the “as is” vehicle. She was advised to contact an attorney.
