St. Clair Township Police Reports
— Jerry Cunningham Jr., no address listed, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. Tuesday in the first block of state Route 11 on charges of driving under suspension and improper display of plates, after a routine traffic stop for not having a front plate on the vehicle.
— Charles L. Tudor, no address listed, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. Tuesday in the 49000 block of Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road on charges of disorderly conduct while intoxicated., after being discovered passed out unconscious in a vehicle. The officer said two passengers in the vehicle had given Tudor two hits of narcan in his left arm. When he awoke, Tudor allegedly admitted snorting heroin. He was transported to City Hospital, where he was to told to stay until served with his charges or otherwise face felony escape charges.
— A male victim reported at 1:49 a.m. Tuesday that a female has texted him more than 50 times despite being told several times to stop.
–Police responded at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday to the 15000 block of Melbourne Avenue to investigate an allegation of animal abuse. Officers advised they would attempt to contact the owner of the horse.
— Officers removed an unwanted subject at 3:44 a.m. Tuesday in the 49000 block of Purinton Avenue.
— An East Palestine man reported a custody dispute at 4:44 pm. Wednesday in the 15000 block of Sprucevale Road.
— Officers responded to a man who had fallen and yelling for help at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of East Fifth Street. The man allegedly said he had been just walking and tripped, hitting his head and injuring his left arm. He was transported to City Hospital.
