Lisbon Police Reports

— A 26-year-old West Washington Street man reported that while riding his bike on Monday he was stopped by a taller man who threatened to punch him in the face if he continued to ride by. Police went to the area and spoke to some people who said they were not sure who might have threatened him, but the man on the bike rides past on the sidewalk continuously and will just stop and stare at them. He also flipped them off. Police went back to the home at 214 W. Washington St., where the man told them he had just moved to town from Warren. He denied staring or flipping anyone off. Police told him to stay off the sidewalk and ride in other neighborhoods besides his own.
