— Breanna K. Rawson, of McKee Road in Wellsville, was sentenced to $150 plus costs on a drug abuse instruments charge. Nineteen of 90 days’ jail imposed. She also was placed on three years of probation. A review hearing has been set for 1 p.m. Sept. 27.

— Breanna M. Ours, of Lincoln Avenue, was sentenced to $100 plus costs on a criminal damaging charge. Ten of the 90-day jail sentence was imposed, and she was placed on three years of probations. Ours is set to return at 1 p.m. October 11 for a review hearing.

–Pretrials were set for 1 p.m. August 22 for Jarrett Shields, of West Fourth Street, assault; Cody S. Wilt, of Aten Avenue in Wellsville, domestic violence, criminal trespass and no operator’s license; Davon M. Whitson, of Etruria Street, assault.

–Lindsey Beebout, of Lincoln Avenue, was sentenced to 90 days in jail on two probation violations.

–Kenna P. Rawson, of Minot, ND, was sentenced to $500 plus costs and 10 days imposed in jail on no operator’s license and drug paraphernalia. Her driver’s license was suspended for 80 days, and she is set to return for review at 1 p.m. Sept. 6.

–Kenneth Jones, of Vine Street, was set for a second pretrial at 8:30 a.m. July 18 on a criminal trespass charge.

–James J. Davis, of Oakmont Avenue, was sentenced to $410 plus costs on possession of drug marijuana, drug paraphernalia, left of center, drug abuse instruments and marked lanes’ violation. He was placed on three years of probation, and his driver’s license suspended for 180 days. Davis is set for review at 1 p.m. Oct. 11.

–Samuel L. Powell, of Center Street in Wellsville, was sentenced to a $500 fine plus costs, 90 days in jail, 15 imposed and two years of probation on theft charges. He was ordered to make restitution to Giant Eagle and a criminal tools charge was dismissed.

— David Sisco, of Main Street in East Palestine, was sentenced to $280 in fines plus costs, 45 days in jail and a 180-day license suspension on drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and improper display of plates’ charges.

–Casey M. Cunningham, of East 8th Street, was sentenced to 120 days in jail on theft and criminal tools’ charges.
