LISBON — A July 25 preliminary hearing was set in County Municipal Court for Christopher A. Shiflett, 30, Niles, charged with receiving stolen property after allegedly being found towing a stolen trailer on Wednesday morning on state Route 11. The trailer was taken from Lincoln Way Sales, U.S. 30, Lisbon, sometime overnight.
A July 25 pretrial was set for Tricia A. Watson, 35, last known address East Third Street, Salem, charged with escape, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Watson allegedly was screaming obscenities at a Jones Drive resident, continuing even after she was told to stop. She slipped out of a handcuff and flailed around attempting to get away while being arrested.
A July 25 pretrial was set for Tejai E. Conner, 28, Thomas Drive, Wellsville, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening to break down Mary Goehring’s door and strike her in the face on Wednesday, as well as sending her threatening messages on Facebook Messenger
An Aug. 26 pretrial was set for Kari Lynn Taylor, 20, Indiana Street, Alliance, cited with possession of marijuana, OVI second offense and marked lanes.
An Aug. 26 pretrial was set for Ariel L. Durham, 30, Spillway Road, Lisbon, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly having a German shepherd taken from the home of Daniel Kaiser on June 29.
A Sept. 3 pretrial was set for Rory Altenburg, 46, Youngstown, cited with failure to reinstate a license and possession of marijuana.
A Sept. 3 pretrial was set for Jeffrey R. Laroche, 50, Dublin, cited with obstructing official business for allegedly throwing a marijuana pipe out the window of the passenger side of a vehicle on July 12.
Joseph D. Goehring, 33, New Brighton, Pa., was fined $180 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.
Nicholas P. Willig, 21, Doylestown, was fined $210 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of hashish, speeding and a seat belt violation. Willig had a cartridge containing a brown liquid on July 4.
Christopher C. Willig Jr., 18, Norton, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for drug abuse for two cartridges containing the substance on July 4.
Michael P. Martin, 20, Doylestown, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of hashish.
Raymond Morris Yater, 34, Southfield, Pa., was fined $130 for driving under suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.
Jeremy A. Hanson, 39, Jones Drive, Salem, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and lights required.
A Sept. 5 pretrial was set for Randall Jay Fegert, 55, East Fourth Street, Salem, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension and a stop sign violation.
A Sept. 5 pretrial was set for Michael W. Booth, 44, New Middletown, cited with failure to yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk in Columbiana.
Cody R. Phillips, 31, Grafton Road, Leetonia, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Ricky Ann Reynolds, 28, Maple Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.
A possession of marijuana paraphernalia citation was dismissed against Tristan James Hill, 21, Montague, Mich., who has a prescription from his home state for the substance. Hill was fined $150 for driving under suspension and loud exhaust.
