Highway Patrol/Lisbon Post
Robert Dal Oros, 35, Bolivar, was eastbound on U.S. Route 30 in West Township at 7 a.m. Friday when he drove off the right side of the road and struck a guardrail. Oros was taken by Minerva EMS to Alliance Community Hospital with suspected minor injuries. He was cited with reasonable control.
Jarrod N. Flinn, 31, Louisville, was westbound on Georgetown Road in Knox Township at 12:05 a.m. Friday when he struck one of several cows in the roadway. The cow, owned by Full Circle Farm, Dan Tubbs, suffered broken legs and had to be put down. The cows reportedly had escaped due to the storm, which had gone through the area earlier that evening. Flinn was not injured.
Joshua Paul Robb, 30, Paulin Road, Lisbon, was westbound on Spring Valley Road in Wayne Township at 11:50 a.m. Wednesday, when he lost control, slid off the right side of the road and overturned. Robb was not injured and was cited with reasonable control and driving under a 12-point suspension.
Gilbert Snyder, 32, Marble Road Northeast, Kensington, was westbound on state Route 517 in Fairfield Township at 8:40 a.m. Wednesday pulling a trailer when he drove off the right side of the roadway, lost control, slid off the left side of the roadway and struck a guardrail. The pickup then became stuck in a field. Neither he nor his passengers were injured. Snyder was cited with reasonable control.
