William R. Halligan, Black Road, Center Township, was warned at 2:38 a.m. Friday to turn the music down.
Brianna June Ketchum, West Washington Street, Salineville, reported at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday her debit card was missing, but it had been found by someone named Rodney Giannone.
A domestic dispute was reported at the home of Shannon and Christian Pearson, 16 School Road, Yellow Creek Township, at 3:54 a.m. Sunday. Both signed a refusal to prosecute.
Deputies assisted Kelli Horner as she attempted to retrieve some of her property from a home on North Market Street, East Palestine. Tom Powers, the resident of the home, was taken into custody on a warrant on a charge of violating a temporary protection order. Horner took custody of the dog because no one was going to be home. Horner and Powers argued over who owns the dog and deputies told them they need to work this problem out in civil court. Powers was transported to the county jail and Horner was told to obtain a court order in order to obtain the rest of her property.
A Weaver Road, West Township, man reported at 1:06 p.m. Saturday his Mastercard had one unauthorized charge of $100 on Global-pel-link. He had contacted his bank, Huntington, and made a claim.
Deputies responded to a Campbell Road, Hanover Township, where Brandon M. Huff was possibly stabbed at 9:29 p.m. Wednesday. Huff was uncooperative with the investigation, signed a refusal to prosecute and deputies left.
Cynthia Katona, Timber Run Street, Unity Township, reported at 10:04 a.m. Saturday she received a letter from the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security claiming her expired Tennessee license was used in a recent act of fraud. The report will be on file.
