EAST LIVERPOOL — The East Liverpool Community Improvement Corporation’s (CIC) Property and Finance committees are scheduled to meet on Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. and will be immediately followed by a full CIC Board of Trustees meeting.

The Property Committee meeting will begin at 6 p.m., with the purpose of the meeting being to discuss consideration of an offer to purchase CIC owned property, provide an update on the 3rd Street property donation and any other miscellaneous items.

The Finance Committee meeting will immediately follow the Property Committee and will be for the purpose of considering and discussing a resolution naming authorized signatures for checking accounts and any other miscellaneous items.

The CIC Full Board of Trustees meeting will take place immediately following the Finance Committee meeting and will be for the purpose of consideration of the Property Committee’s recommendation to approve/deny/amend an offer to purchase CIC property and consideration and discussion on the Finance Committee’s recommendation to approve/deny a resolution authorizing signatures for checking accounts and any other miscellaneous item.

All meetings will take place in council chambers at East Liverpool City Hall.
