LET THE RENOVATIONS BEGIN
Fencing around the Thompson Building in downtown East Liverpool indicates work is beginning on the long-awaited renovation project. Scott Shepherd, architect for the Thompson Building project, said work currently involves cleaning out the building and repairing windows. Heavy construction is anticipated to start in early spring.
