SPIDER-MAN VISITS WELLSVILLE CARNEGIE PUBLIC LIBRARY

On Aug. 2 the Wellsville Carnegie Public Library hosted a party to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Spider-Man comics. Children from the community heard a story from the Marvel Storybook Collection. They also created a Spider-Man mask, made a Spider-Man tulle skirt, designed a Spider-Man button, fought Spider-Man’s villains with silly string, and made art with sidewalk chalk. The children had a fantastic time meeting Spider-Man. (Submitted photos)
