Tops 1341

Tops 1341 met at the Glenmoor Presbyterian Church on Monday, September 12, with Judy McComas, co leader, presiding. Brenda Miller was best loser and Cassie Ensinger was runner up. Drawing winners were: Lydia Kraft 50/50, Terry Otto calorie chart and junk food, Ensinger weight loss and jackpot winner.

Lydia Kraft lost three weeks in a row. Dena White was three times in the losers book. Marlene now holds the travel box. Two Tops members remain on the check.

The monthly best loser was Brenda Miller and the runner up was Terry Otto. Terry also won the monthly calorie chart drawing. Dorothy Garn presented the program “Blossom’s of Esther’s Apple Tree” recognizing division winners for 2020. Marlene Reynolds and Dena White were recognized and received gift cards.

Members present voted by show of hands to have the Christmas party at Hoges this year. More information will be forthcoming. Marlene Reynolds presented the program “Stretch your Mind”, with members participating in a written fill in the blank game. The members also participated in exercising.

Tops 1341 meets at the Glenmoor Presbyterian Church every Monday (excluding holidays). Weigh in is from 1:15 – 2 p.m. The meeting follows at 2 – 2:45 p.m. New members are welcome and can call 330-424-5027 for further information.

Tops 1957

Tops 1957 of Wellsville met on September 7th at the Living Well Church with leader Barb Tranter opening the meeting with pledges, roll call and then Mary Schmidt led the group in prayer. Tops best loser was Donna Lee and Mary Jarvis and they both wore the officers ribbon. Lee had three weeks weight loss, and Jarvis had six weeks with no weight gain. Jarvis won the dimes and Janice Monte won the 50/50 drawing.

The Nono is all salty snacks and cookies. Jarvis announced that Diane Carnegie won the flower puzzle game. Donna Lee gave the treasure report and Brenda Young read the minutes from last week, both were approved as read. Tranter read a letter from Advocate Carrie Snyder.

Martha Baxter gave the program titled “But doctor I heard that ——“. Tranter read a funny story and then closed the meeting wishing all a good week.

Tops 2231

EAST LIVERPOOL — TOPS 2231 met at Boyce Church Sept. 14 with leader Tonnie Slagle presiding.

The meeting opened with Tops and Kops pledges and roll call. Cassy Stephens read the secretary and treasurers report. The Tops best loser was Wanda Price, Kops best loser was Jo Ann Berresford and officer was Stephens.

Kops in leeway are Stephens, and Verla Betteridge, Jean Ferrebee, Dottie Seevers, Slagle and Berresford

Stephens won the calorie chart, dimes were won by Betteridge, and 50/50 was won by Jerry Kontnier.

No No’s are cake and candy and salty snacks

Tammy Heddleston had a program on “Square Your Meals”.

The meeting closed with prayer request followed by the Lord’s Prayer.
