Starting Monday, area residents can enjoy a tasty lunch at the Community Resource Center Soup Kitchen in East Liverpool. Dine-in or take-put lunches are available between noon and 1 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the center, which is located at 940 Pennsylvania Ave. in the city’s east end.
