EL court set for limited reopening Nov. 30

EAST LIVERPOOL — East Liverpool Municipal Court is set to reopen at 8 a.m. Monday.

Defendants, witnesses, attorneys and law enforcement officers shall be permitted in the court, according to Judge Dominic Frank. However, no family members will be permitted as city hall remains closed to the general public.

Entry into the court shall be through the handicap entrance located on the east end of the building. Court personnel will be present, and all persons entering court will be required to wear a face covering and pass a temperature check.

People will be directed to the third floor of city hall, where the court is located, and they will not be allowed to roam city hall unaccompanied.
