Wellsville to review Superintendent’s current contract
WELLSVILLE– The Wellsville Board of Education met Wednesday morning to discuss contracts. During the special session, the board with four members present, approved the resignation of Bob Barrett as the district’s treasure, and the application of Nancy Francis, assistant treasure, as the new treasurer. Francis will take over as treasure next school year.
They also hired Miranda Corbin as a new substitute nurse. After a split vote they are still reviewing Superintendent Richard Bereschik’s contract. Bereschik said they will need to discuss it as a full board at a later date, and if they do not bring it up before March 1, his current contract will rollover for next year.
