Customers may submit paper applications however the eligibility process will not be able to be completed until the system is back in operation on Aug. 28.
The self-service portion of the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will still be online for callers to hear their benefits summary. The Medicaid Consumer Hotline will field all Medicaid renewal calls and report those calls to the county when the system is operational. Medicaid consumers who receive a Fee for Service (FFS) card may experience a 1-3 day delay in receiving their September 2018 cards as a result of the system outage.
