Choose To Lose Group
Choose To Lose Group met at Boyce Church on November 26 with leader Penny Perorazio presiding. The meeting opened up with the pledge of allegiance followed by the CTLG roll call.
Pam Fouse gave the secretary report and Cassie Stephens gave the treasure report. Both were approved as read.
Pat Heacock was the Pearl’s biggest loser. Cassie Stephens was the Diamonds biggest loser and also the officer biggest loser.
Diamonds in leeway are Dottie Seevers, Jean Ferrebee, JoAnn Beresford, and Stephens. Ten weeks weight loss, Perorazio and Jean Ferrebee.
The no no’s are salty snacks and pasta.
Jean Ferrebee won the calorie charts and Tammy Heddelston won the dimes and Share The Blessing.
Winners of the No Fibbing Contest are JoAnn Beresford, Dottie Seevers, Jerry Kontnier, Cassie Stephens, Wanda Price, Pat Heacock. New numbers were drawn for the following week # 5.
Stephens, Perorazio, and Heacock got to put A Pig In The Pen.
Choose To Lose Group celebrated Thanksgiving with a luncheon party after the meeting. Perorazio made two Beautiful Thanksgiving centerpieces. Pat Heacock won one with winning the Thanksgiving Bingo and the Door Prize.
Perorazio read an article by Joyce Meyers on Leave The Past Behind.
Perorazio closed the meeting with prayer requests followed by the Lord’s Prayer. New and former members are always welcome. For more information call 330-38- 8217.
TOPS 1341
TOPS 1341 met Monday, Nov. 25, at the Glenmoor Presbyterian Church, with Leader Darlene Naukam presiding. Weigh-ins and pledges preceded the Roll Call. Best Loser was Chris Plunkett and Runners Up were Cindy Hays and Becky Andrews.
Contest winners: Marlene Reynolds – Calorie Chart; Cindy Hays – Weight Loss and 50/50; Dorothy Garn – Junk Food; Lydia Kraft- Jackpot.
Losing 3 Weeks in a Row – Becky Andrews; 3 Times in the Best Loser’s Book – Cindy Hays; and Becky Andrews – 2 Tops remain in the Check Contest; Attendance Book – Hays for 8 weeks; Travel Box for week 2 – Andrews.
Dena White had the program and read an article about easy tips for Holiday eating without gaining weight. After, members shared what they were thankful for.
The meeting concluded with The Lord’s Prayer.
TOPS 1957
Tops 1957 from Wellsville met on Nov. 19 at the Living Well Church with leader Mary Jarvis opening the meeting with pledges, roll call and then Connie Hissam leading the group in prayer.
Tops best loser was Peggy Imburgia, Jarvis was the Kops best loser and Imburgia wore the officers ribbon.
Linda Seevers won the calorie chart drawing, Donna Lee won the dimes and Hissam won the 50/50 drawing.
Seevers was the inchworm for October and will receive two weeks dues paid.
The Nono for the week is candy and potatoes.
Members are two bring in food for the way station next week.
Hissam reported on the contest and next week members are to lose a half of a pound, keep a chart and stay for the meeting.
Janice Monte gave the program titled ” Sweet Stuff.”
Hissam’s birthday was celebrated with a card shower.
Barb Tranter read a funny story and then Jarvis closed the meeting wishing all a good week.
