Officers responded at 7:47 p.m. Aug. 28 to the 1000 block of Huston Street, where a subject came on station to ask for some unwanted subjects to leave him premises. Several minutes later, Andrew Hunley, no address provided, was arrested on a charge of possessing drug abuse instruments, after he was fund with a loaded and capped syringe, another empty one and an uidentified pill under his pasenger seat.
Private property report was completed at 5:52 p.m. Friday in the first block of Lisbon Street.
East Liverpool City Hospital requested at 6 a.m. Friday the removal of a female subject from the fifth floor.
A caller reported that she found a unresponsive white female lying on the subject near the Salvation Army.
Officers responded at 11 p.m. Thursday to a neighbor dispute in the 300 block of Wilbert Avenue.

Police responded to a neighborhood dispute in the 800 block of Cadmus Street at 4:21 p.m. Thursday.
Officers checked out an open window at 10:38 p.m. Thursday in the old East Liverpool Motor Lodge.
Police transported two females to their home, after finding one of the women who allegedly was intoxicated lying in the grass at 10:42 p.m. Friday in the first block of St. Clair Avenue.
