In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Michael Beaver, Wooster Street, was fined $250 and given seven days in jail for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Jeffrey Canoe, Foulks Drive, was fined $675 and given 180 days in jail, (three imposed and three years probation for physical control of a vehicle and no license.

Walter Short, Wells Hollow Road in Wellsville, was fined $955 and given 30 days in jail for OVI, no license and left of center.

Dana McGilvary, West Fifth Street, was fined $150 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan Easterday, East Ninth Street, was fined $150 for no license.

Steven Elliott, Cadmus Street, was fined $250 for no license and expired plates.

Traci Dorsey, Sixth Street, Wellsville, was fined $250 for driving under suspension (failure to reinstate).

Eric Jordan, East Pidgeon Road, Salem, was fined $75 for no motorcycle endorsement.

Marcus J. Beebout, Moore Street, was fined $200 for obstructing official business with a 90-day suspended jail sentence and three years of intensive probation.

Antoine Stephenson, Burford Street, was fined $200 for resisting arrest and obstructing official business.

Donald Tucker, Annesley Road, waived a preliminary hearing for vandalism.

Pretrials were set for Tanika Smith, Spring Grove, charged with domestic violence and obstructing official business, Sept. 5; William Barrett, Laura Avenue, aggravated menacing, Sept. 19; Donald E. White, state Route 164, Salineville, no license and a stop sign violation, Oct. 17; Vincent Brokaw Jr., Bradshaw Avenue, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, Sept. 5; Vernon Mitchell, Avondale Street, disorderly conduct and public intoxication, Oct. 3; and David Whitcrat, Ceramic Street, obstructing official business and disorderly conduct, Sept. 12.

Second arraignment was set Sept. 10 for Lindsey Price, Echo Dell Road, on a theft charge.
