Levi Turner, no address provided, was cited at 11:50 a.m. Sunday in the 15000 block of state Route 170, after a routine traffic stop. The officer witnessed Turner allegedly fail to stop completely for a traffic control device and ran the plate through Leads, discovering Turner’s invalid driving status.
Mcdean Shreve, no address provided, was arrested at 3:56 p.m. Monday in the 15000 block of state Route 170 on charges on driving under suspension and possession of drug abuse instruments, and his passenger Natalie Flannigan, no address provided, was discovered with a burnt metal pipe commonly used to smoke crack cocaine. She was also charged with drug paraphernalia and possession of drug abuse instruments after neither person would admit ownership of two syringes discovered under the passenger seat.
An Annesley Road resident reported at 9 a.m. Monday that someone had vandalized his vehicle, and the individual responsible was allegedly caught on video survilleance around 5 a.m. A report from another owner in the same block at 1:09 p.m. also stated his property had been vandalized.
