Lisbon police reports
Police were to a possible problem with a resident at the Kendall House at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday. The officer spoke to the manager, who said everything was fine.
Yang Daqing, West High Street, reported Wednesday her car was damaged while it was parked in the garage, and she said it had not been moved since Saturday.
Stephanie Deitch of Wellsville was driving on Market Street when an Escape driven by Julina K. Chidester of Leetonia pulled in front of her at 8:38 a.m. Wednesday, resulting in an accident. Chidester said she had the green light, but police said the report would reflect she was at fault.
A caller reported a woman had fallen on the side of the road on state Route 154 at 9:41 a.m. Wednesday. Police found Nicole Hilton walking along the side of the road and she agreed to be given a ride to her destination, the county Counseling Center.
Police investigated an injury that occurred following the demolition derby during the county fair on Sunday night. The derby was over and Eric Cunningham was standing between two cars talking to someone when a trailer pushed one the vehicles toward him, striking him in the side of the leg. Cunningham told police he managed to jump out the way, avoiding being pinned. Cunningham complained of pain in the leg and was taken to a local hospital, where he was treated and released that night. Police said the vehicles had been moved by the time they arrived, so they were unable to determine exactly what happened.
