A Campbell Road, Hanover Township, man reported at 6:03 a.m. Tuesday his mail is being forwarded to his soon-to-be ex-wife’s home in Salem. He was told to contact his postmaster.
A state Route 7, Elkrun Township, man reported at 4:11 p.m. Sunday he and the mother of his child were arguing and she attempted to smack his phone out of his hand, then threw a bottle of water across the living room out of anger. She had left for the evening and he was given information about how to evict her.
A Teegarden Road, Salem Township, man reported at 10:17 p.m. Saturday he had scratches on his neck and behind his right ear following a domestic argument with his wife, which had escalated. She claimed her husband put her in an arm lock. Both filed refusals to prosecute and the wife had her friend pick her up.
Deputies responded to the area of Depot Street in Rogers at 6:38 p.m. Sunday where a child and his father said a man under the train tracks by the creek pointed a gun at the boy while he was on his way to fish. The man then saw it was a child and told him he was sorry and go ahead and fish. Travis Weese, 44, Walnut Street, Rogers, was charged with aggravated menacing. The gun was found to be an unloaded pellet gun.
Deputies went to a home on state Route 517 in Lisbon at 2:31 a.m. Monday looking for a missing child from Carroll County. The homeowner and her son told deputies the child was not there and the last time the son had talked to the other child was on Friday. They were told to contact the sheriff in Carroll County or Lisbon police if they hear from the child.
